From the moment of creation of the Ukrainian-Slovak enterprise main principles of cooperation with the foreign investor, which are based on such prominent aspects, have been defined:

1. "Komlight" considers 2 forms of co-operation with the foreign investor:

• partial participation in a firm;
• foundation of the separate investment project for joint introduction, both on general conditions of functioning and in a mode of the Special economic zone.

2. Products made by the enterprise should be industrial.

3. The foreign partner (investor) should in advance see and understand an infrastructure of manufacture which is entered into the present of Ukraine, considering specificity and potential economic opportunities of Transcarpatian region. Including a manpower, that is workers who will be involved at the enterprise, their professional level and an opportunity, if necessary, training for a new professions and improvement of professional skills.

4. The investor (partner) should see expediency in realization of production of firm in western and in the Ukrainian market taking into consideration competitiveness of this production.

5. There is a possibility to buy and use from 6 to 10 hectares of land additionaly. Also near the territory of company, laying of "narrow and wide" railroads of European standart and international motor-car road "Chop-Chierna nad Tisou" witch will be joined to highway Lisbon-Chop-Kiev are scheduled.
